Nature of the service
HTM is a local, server-less application, offered as a free version with an optional paid Pro licence (activated offline, no account). It collects no personal data: see the privacy policy. The acoustic and video predictions provided by the app are decision-support aids and do not replace a real measurement. They are provided without warranty of result.
Brand neutrality
HTM includes no device-brand mention in its recommendations. Public audio formats (Dolby Atmos, DTS:X Pro, Auro-3D) and open-source tools (REW, ColorHCFR, ArgyllCMS) that may be cited are industry standards or free software, mentioned for information only. Their trademarks belong to their respective owners.
Intellectual property
The name "Home Theater Maestro", the logo, the texts, the interface and the visuals of this site are the property of WM STUDIOS. The screenshots illustrate the application. Any reproduction without permission is prohibited.
